Handover

How the vehicle changes hands

The winner must accept the prize as offered. From the moment of transfer the winner is responsible for registration, licensing and insurance. No cash alternative is available.

A Foundation representative contacts the winner using the details recorded with the ticket. Collection is at Boyer Chevrolet Buick GMC Ajax/Pickering, 425 Bayly St W, Ajax, ON L1S 6M3. Bring government-issued photo identification, a valid Ontario driver's licence and proof of insurance. The dealership completes the transfer paperwork on the day.

Nothing is deducted from the prize. Freight, pre-delivery inspection, dealer fees and taxes are already paid. From the moment the keys change hands, running the car — plates, insurance, maintenance — belongs to the winner.

Each Early Bird draw takes every valid main lottery ticket bought before its cut-off. The draws are held at the Foundation office and the winning number goes up on this site the same week.

Every valid ticket entered in an Early Bird draw — including the tickets that win one — stays in the main draw and in the 50/50 draw.

Early Bird prizes can be collected at the Foundation office, or the Foundation will arrange delivery with the winner.

The third prize is decided by how many people play

50% of the total value of all 50/50 add-on tickets sold during the licence period.

Paid by cheque or electronic transfer once identity and ticket validity are confirmed by the Foundation.
